Our serviceable coverage area continues to expand and currently includes Greater Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Auburn, Shoals, Huntsville as well as surrounding areas. RealtySouth’s statewide market share averages 17%, which means we have Real Estate Professionals successfully supporting real estate and relocation needs throughout the state. It’s a requirement that our Real Estate Professionals be relocation trained and background checked. The Relocation Department includes five full-time staff dedicated solely to supporting relocation needs for individuals, families, and organizations. All employees are licensed, and several holds Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations. We participate in local, regional, and national mobility conferences, ensuring we stay current on relocation trends and IRS tax laws related to relocation. Our combined years of experience continue to grow and now surpass the century mark. RealtySouth Relocation Services is also a long-standing member of industry-specific organizations, including the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and Relocation Directors Council.
